Items You'll Need

  • Leftover Kaiser rolls
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • Cookie sheet

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut your Kaiser rolls into bite-sized cubes and place them on the cookie sheet.
  4. Use your pastry brush to coat your rolls with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle rolls with your Italian seasoning mix.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Put butter in small microwavable bowl and heat until butter is lightly melted.
  3. Mince one clove of fresh garlic and add it to your melted butter.
  4. Add seasonings to your butter and garlic mixture.
  5. Place Kaiser rolls on cookie sheet.
  6. Use pastry brush to coat each slice of roll with garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Place cookie sheet in oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve with your favorite pasta dish.
